Cory Perkins is President of Integrated Services at Compass International Holdings, where he leads the company’s title, escrow, mortgage, insurance, and home warranty businesses with a focus on delivering seamless transaction experiences and strong value for real estate professionals and their clients.
Known for scaling businesses and driving meaningful growth, Cory brings deep experience in real estate strategy, operations, and expansion. Cory has been at Compass for 8 years, where he has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth. He initially led Compass’s expansion into more than 20 new markets and supported the opening of over 100 offices nationwide. He later built the company’s Integrated Services division from the ground up, driving consistent growth in revenue and profitability.
Before Compass, Cory worked in early-stage venture capital at First Round Capital, an experience that shaped his approach to identifying and building high-potential growth opportunities.
A hands-on operator, Cory is known for staying close to the business, empowering his teams, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering value to real estate professionals. In his current role, he leads the combined Integrated Services organization formed through the Compass and Anywhere merger, helping to drive a more unified and valuable services experience across the enterprise.
