Our executive leadership team brings deep industry experience, innovative thinking and a shared commitment to empowering real estate professionals and clients through secure, efficient and service-driven closings – backed by the scale and integrity of Compass International Holdings. 

Cory Perkins is President of Integrated Services at Compass International Holdings, where he leads the company’s title, escrow, mortgage, insurance, and home warranty businesses with a focus on delivering seamless transaction experiences and strong value for real estate professionals and their clients. 


 Known for scaling businesses and driving meaningful growth, Cory brings deep experience in real estate strategy, operations, and expansion. Cory has been at Compass for 8 years, where he has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth. He initially led Compass’s expansion into more than 20 new markets and supported the opening of over 100 offices nationwide. He later built the company’s Integrated Services division from the ground up, driving consistent growth in revenue and profitability.

Before Compass, Cory worked in early-stage venture capital at First Round Capital, an experience that shaped his approach to identifying and building high-potential growth opportunities. 


 A hands-on operator, Cory is known for staying close to the business, empowering his teams, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering value to real estate professionals. In his current role, he leads the combined Integrated Services organization formed through the Compass and Anywhere merger, helping to drive a more unified and valuable services experience across the enterprise.

Troy Singleton is Senior Vice President of Title and Escrow Services at Compass Integrated Services, where he leads national growth and operational strategy across the company’s title and settlement companies. Troy also oversees Compass International Holdings’ insurance agency. 


Troy has held senior leadership roles across labor, government, and community organizations, including serving as a State Senator for New Jersey’s 7th legislative district. He brings a long record of public service, nonprofit leadership, and recognition for his advocacy—including awards from the New Jersey Hospital Association and Virtua Health—along with a business administration degree from Rowan University.

Morgan Salama is Senior Vice President of Growth and Franchise Services at Compass Integrated Services, where she leads national growth programs across our portfolio of integrated services. She also leads Compass International Holdings’ franchise services team, which focuses on bringing value-added services to our six brands, and our Home Warranty and Mortgage partnerships.  


Morgan began her career in management consulting and corporate venture capital. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and has been recognized by various trade media outlets, notably HousingWire, as a 2022 Rising Star, and Inman, as a 2024 Future Leader in Real Estate.

Brian Pitman co-founded Independence Title in 2005 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Now the largest title company in Austin, TX, Independence has grown to include operations in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth.  


Earlier in his career, Brian was a Division President at First American Title Company in Austin and, before that, President of Chapin Title in Sherman, TX. 
 

Brian attended The University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved in both the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA). He was a member of the board of governors of ALTA from 2013-2015 and he served as TLTA President from 2010-2011. Brian was recognized on the Austin Business Journal’s list of Power Players in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Mike Gozdan is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Compass Integrated Services. He oversees all legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state regulatory compliance, contract management, and licensing administration, and has held this position since 2006.  
 

Under Mike’s leadership, Integrated Services successfully handled record refinance volume and developed several new product offerings. In 2003, Mike assumed responsibility for Integrated Services’ Relocation Services division. He led the team through a significant restructuring—from a national platform into regional hubs, to provide a more effective service offering to relocation clients—before being appointed to his current role. 

Michael Gozdan

Cordell Parrish is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Compass Integrated Services and Relocation. In this role, he oversees the financial operations, including strategic business analytics, financial planning, and forecasting, for both Integrated Services and Cartus.

Cordell has served in various finance leadership positions at Compass International Holdings including, most recently, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Throughout his tenure, he has successfully streamlined and simplified the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the enterprise.  

Prior to joining Compass International Holdings in 2009, Cordell served in senior finance roles with Barnes & Noble and Kenneth Cole. Cordell holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from High Point University.
